FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and assist with inquiries while maintaining a positive experience for shoppers and borrowers.

The role includes an hourly wage of $15.25 to $18.00, plus commission up to 8% of gross profit. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, vacation, 401k, and Earned Wage Access.

Formación

• Minimum requirements include strong desire to serve customers and be team–oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work flexible retail hours.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems; cash handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as required; assist with daily store operations.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Handle sales and loan transactions in line with policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve problems as needed.
