• 1+ years of grooming experience with formal training certification.
• 1+ year experience in retail or service industry providing excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Grooming services like brushing, bathing, and conditioning.
• Groom and style pets per owners’ instruction and breed standards.
• Ensure wellness and safety of pets.
• Develop relationships with pet parents and recommend products.
• Community outreach to attract new customers.
• Routine cleaning to maintain a fun grooming environment.
• Assist store team during grooming downtime.
• Complete necessary training certifications.
