Pet Supplies Plus is seeking an Experienced Groomer to join our team in a friendly, neighborly store environment. You will groom and style pets per owner instructions and breed standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified hires, commission-based pay with a guaranteed minimum, and ongoing training for career growth. Benefits include PTO and health plans, enhancing your long-term value to customers and pets.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years grooming experience with formal training/certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for long periods.
• Own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors).
• Flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass drug screening where required and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Delight neighbors and pets with grooming services.
• Groom and style pets per owner instructions and breed standards.
• Ensure wellness and safety of furry patrons.
• Build long-term relationships with pet parents and recommend products or services.
• Assist store team during grooming downtime.
• Develop grooming skills and career growth.
