Pet Supplies Plus in Bend, OR is seeking a pet-loving Dog Groomer to join our team. Work 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts and earn a commission-based pay structure (50–55% of grooming revenue). We offer a supportive culture and growth opportunities, plus benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional dog grooming experience.

• Knowledge of pet behavior and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle pets of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Provide grooming services (bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming) following breed standards and client preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe grooming area and monitor pets for health concerns.
• Offer pet care advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat visits and store success.

SHIFT: 4-DAYS Per week. 10-hour shifts. (PAY 50-55% Commission)

As a Dog Groomer at Pet Supplies Plus, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our customers' beloved pets. Your role will include performing grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, haircutting, and nail trimming, all while adhering to breed-specific standards and customer preferences. You will also ensure the well-being of the pets in your care by maintaining a safe and clean grooming area and observing any signs of distress or health issues. In addition to your grooming responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to offer advice on pet care, recommend products, and contribute to the overall success of our store. We are looking for a dog grooming expert with a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for dogs who can provide an excellent customer experience.
