APAC-Kansas, Inc. in Salina, KS is seeking a Commercial Paving Project Manager & Estimator to lead bids from concept through closeout. You will develop comprehensive cost estimates, analyze blueprints, and manage multiple projects while coordinating with clients, vendors, and the Lead Estimator.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with hands-on estimating and site oversight to deliver on-time, on-budget infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• At least five years in construction, paving, or estimating with a track record of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids from initial scope to closeout and manage multiple projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for self-performed work and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and Lead Estimator to align requirements.
• Monitor job costs daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize performance.
• Ensure safety practices and timely progress reporting across sites.
• Prepare compelling bid packages and analyze subcontractor quotes.
• Visit sites regularly to verify conditions and update schedules.
