Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more paving crews to place and finish asphalt surfaces.
• Train and develop crew for safety and productivity.
• Estimate daily production and manage materials and equipment usage.
• Monitor progress to meet schedules and improve efficiency.
• Maintain time and material records for job costing.
