Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in paving operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all milling & paving operations, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
• Supervise paving crews and subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of work.
• Coordinate with other Brubacher departments to coordinate site/utility activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to maintain project timelines while maximizing workflow.
• Develop and manage the paving department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Works closely with estimating to prepare and review bids for paving projects for internal and external clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on paving-related matters.
• Recruit, train, and manage paving crews to build a high-performing team.
