Qualifications
6+ months of construction, paving, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
Support asphalt paving operations, including raking, shoveling, sweeping, and handwork to achieve proper grades, joints, and finishes
Assist with setup, flagging, traffic control, and site housekeeping to maintain a safe, efficient work zone
Load/unload materials; place and compact asphalt; tack and prep surfaces
Operate or spot for small tools/equipment (plate tamper, broom, cutoff saw, blowers); assist with screed and paver as directed
Follow directions from the Foreman; work effectively with crew to meet production and quality targets
