Job summary

Sunrock Industries is seeking a Paving Foreman to supervise a crew in paving projects, coordinating with onsite teams and subcontractors as needed. You will plan, schedule, and review tasks, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining project timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in construction paving, and the ability to enforce safety policies and procedures across the crew. Occasional travel may be required and shifts can include day or night hours.

Qualifications

• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed by all crew.
• Trains and monitors safety practices and PPE usage.
• Follows supervisor safety procedures and reports incidents.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA/ MSHA/ NCDOT guidelines.
• Maintains clean work areas and enforces housekeeping standards.
• Reads plans and materials lists to guide work.
• Leads and trains crew to meet project timelines.
• Submits timesheets by payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise paving crews and subcontractors as needed.
