Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Heavy civil construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates concrete work for fabricating, covering, and reinforcing structures.
• Oversees formwork, reinforcing steel placement, and concrete pouring operations.
• Reads specifications to ensure correct aggregate sizes and cement proportions.
• Trains new workers and directs finishing of concrete surfaces.
• Ensures safety and quality through inspection of forms and curing methods.
