Job summary

You will assist in planning, scheduling and execution, with typical duties including coordinating subcontractors and daily reporting. The program emphasizes on-the-job training, exposure to large projects, a buddy assignment, and classroom development of professional skills across 3–6 month assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, mining & materials engineering, business management or related field.
• Must be a team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating subcontractors for heavy civil projects.
