Job summary

You will gain on-the-job training from passionate team members and exposure to major heavy civil projects while working on a typical 3–6 month assignment. You will support crews through planning, scheduling and execution tasks, coordinating subcontractors and managing daily reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mining & Materials Engineering, Business Management, or another engineering related degree.
• Must be a team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
