Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking interns to support crews, projects or plant teams in planning, scheduling and executing heavy civil construction tasks on-site in Virginia. You will be paired with a buddy and participate in classroom training and social events, with typical assignments lasting 3–6 months.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing project schedules, and preparing work plans, along with daily reporting and material orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mining & Materials Engineering, Business Management, or another engineering related degree.
• Must be a team player and possess a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
