Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates and reinforces company culture and leadership practices with team members.
• Develops work plans and schedules for paving operations and assists to maximize crew productivity.
• Has basic knowledge of milling and paving operations.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew (pipe, excavation, site cleanup, painting, maintenance).
• Interprets contract plans and specifications.
• Ensures work meets requirements and production standards.
• Documents projects via diary entries, photos, video, inspections, and logs.
