Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in asphalt pavement technology or related fields.
• Experience writing technical specifications.
• Knowledge of chemical warm mix additives.
• Familiarity with regulatory agency processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to advance Ingevity Pavement Technologies to road owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Evotherm Technical Marketing Managers on strategy execution/deployment.
• Educate, train and develop specifications with State DOTs and local government.
• Lead educational seminars/webinars to increase awareness of WMA technology.
• Plan and execute WMA field demonstrations with the sales team.
