We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement Systems Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing pavement systems for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on pavement design and construction .

Responsibilities:

• Design Specifications, and pavement projects
• Value engineer existing projects as provided
• Explore and deliver alternative products and additives to provide environmentally friendly and/ or superior results
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion
• Assist in project estimation and calculation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in highway and commercial design
• Strong knowledge of pavement materials, design, and construction techniques
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
