EverLine Coatings and Services seeks an Asphalt Sealcoating Technician to apply seal coating on pavement surfaces across Nashville and surrounding areas. You will operate specialized equipment, plan project production, and report progress daily to the Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment, with opportunities for growth through varied projects.

Qualificações

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability.
• Punctual, organized and detail-oriented.
• Physically capable of walking, bending and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Use equipment to apply asphalt seal coating.
• Plan and facilitate high-quality project production.
• Communicate job status daily with Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Assist with line painting, crack filling, bollard installation, and more.
