Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services in Metairie, LA is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our crew. You will perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more on client sites.

You will plan and facilitate high-quality projects, communicate daily with the Operations Manager, and maintain a safe, hazard-free site. A local full license, clean driving record, and ability to work physically demanding tasks are required; engineering

Qualifications

• A valid local full license with clean driving record is required.
• Self-motivated, capable of problem solving in field settings.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented.
• Physically demanding role (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Able to work well independently without supervision.
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.
• Engineering background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and similar tasks.
• Plan and coordinate project production to ensure high-quality results.
• Provide daily job status updates to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work site at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
