EverLine Coatings and Services in College Station, TX is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and related tasks for parking lots and other surfaces. You will work with our specialized equipment across various client sites, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL not required but trailer experience.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker who problem-solves.
• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Effective verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Flexible to work evenings, nights, weekends as needed.
• Capable of heavy physical work (up to 75 lbs).
• Independent work ability.
• Experience with paint sprayers or small engines is a plus.
• Mechanical background is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Use equipment to perform line painting/striping, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, repairs.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality workmanship.
• Communicate about jobs with the Operations Manager & Crew Supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Mechanically inclined with comfort using tools, machinery, and equipment.
