Job summary
ROSS SURFACE SOLUTIONS INC in Nashville is seeking a dependable Lead Technician to join our field crew. No pavement-maintenance experience is required; we will train you on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing and our equipment.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer.
- Mechanically inclined and able to operate equipment safely.
- Willing to lead a small field crew and learn new technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small field crew and supervise daily field operations.
- Train on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing and equipment.
- Operate pavement maintenance equipment safely.
- Work outdoors in hot weather and maintain dependability.
