This role blends estimating, scheduling, cost control, and on-site operational support to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.

You will coordinate bids, review drawings, manage subcontractors, track budgets, and communicate with clients and field teams to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Strong understanding of reading and analyzing blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycle from scoping to closeout.
• Analyze bid documents, quantities, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Review contracts and ensure alignment with bids and terms.
• Prepare and export cost estimates and submittal documents.
