Job summary

Qualifications

• Louisiana Professional Engineer license required.
• Three years licensed PE experience.
• Seven years professional engineering experience.
• Masters or Doctorate may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• No substitution for licensed engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the program including scope, budget, delivery schedule, and performance.
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans for pavement preservation and related projects.
• Coordinate dam safety inspections, hydraulic studies, drainage, and stormwater co-permittee activities.
• Coordinate permitting requirements, mitigation needs, and external agency commitments.
• Ensure QA/QC processes on in-house and consultant design deliverables prior to advertisement.
