Job summary

Numericable in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Striping & Roadway Pavement Marking Machine Operator to apply temporary and permanent markings. You will read plans, operate marking equipment, and work outdoors in varying traffic conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pavement marking and traffic control experience.
• MOT Advanced certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret roadway striping plans and specifications.
• Operate various types of pavement marking equipment.
• Load and unload equipment and materials into/out of company trucks.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; work day or night shifts.
• Assist with lane closures and set up traffic control devices.
• Complete daily paperwork as required by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
