We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician for our crew. As the Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.

Job Summary

Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize specialized equipment and materials to enhance pavement surfaces, maximizing value for our clients' assets.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
• Plan and execute high-quality projects
• Communicate daily job status with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• A valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required) and reliable transportation
• A self-motivated, critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving
• Strong punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is a plus
• An engineering background is an asset
