Job Summary

The Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize specialized equipment and materials to maintain pavement surfaces, providing maximum value for our clients' assets. As a Foreman, you will lead your crew and contribute to the growth of EverLine across the Delaware Valley. This leadership role offers significant growth opportunities, including training in Houston, Texas, scheduled for September.

Responsibilities

1. Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
2. Plan and oversee the production of high-quality projects.
3. Communicate daily job status with the Operations Manager.
4. Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
5. Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

1. Possess a PA driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required) and reliable transportation.
2. Be self-motivated, a critical thinker, and problem-solver.
3. Value punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
4. Be able to work in physically demanding roles involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
5. Work well independently without supervision.
6. Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is a plus.
7. An engineering educational background is an asset.
