Job Summary

The Pavement Maintenance Foreman will utilize specialized equipment and materials to enhance pavement surfaces, leading a crew and contributing to the growth of EverLine in the Delaware Valley. This leadership role offers significant growth opportunities, including training in Houston, Texas this September.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
• Plan and oversee high-quality project execution
• Communicate daily job status with the Operations Manager
• Ensure a safe, hazard-free work environment
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

What you bring:

• A PA driver’s license with a clean driving record (Drivers Abstract required) and reliable transportation
• A self-motivated, critical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs)
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus
• An engineering background is an asset
