Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a pavement engineering professional to support technical staff, engineers, and project managers on nationwide pavement design, management, and evaluation projects. You will assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to develop pavement performance insights and deliver high-quality documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration across federal, state, and local projects, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in pavement engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of post-education pavement engineering experience.
• Knowledge of pavement research, management, evaluation, design, and/or construction.
• Specialization in modelling, PCC,ME design, or maintenance/rehabilitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pavement design, management, and evaluation projects across the US.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support pavement performance.
• Develop reports and documentation meeting industry standards for safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers on federal, state, and local projects.
• Assist with work plan preparation and coordination of field activities.
