Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking Level II PAUT Technicians willing to travel across the United States to cover call-outs, projects and turnarounds as needed.

You will set up and calibrate equipment, conduct PAUT tests, interpret results and document findings, and supervise trainees. Requirements include SNT-TC1A Level II on PAUT (or UTSW Level II), a high school diploma, TWIC, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time role with opportunity to work on diverse NDT projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a specialized NDT program meeting SNT-TC1A for PAUT.
• Former certification as UTSW NDE Level II or Level II per SNT-TC1A on PAUT/UTSW.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• TWIC and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate equipment.
• Conduct tests with Phased Array NDT.
• Interpret, evaluate and document results.
• Supervise trainees and Level I personnel.
• Familiar with codes, standards and contractual documents.
