Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises is seeking a production worker to perform manual labor and support manufacturing operations. You will follow supervisor instructions, learn to use basic tools, and assist with material movement in a fast-paced plant.

• Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and report quality concerns to management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and practice safe work habits at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to support production goals.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving production issues as they arise.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
