Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a talented Home Textile Designer for a part-time contract. You will develop original prints, patterns, textures, and surface designs for home products, from concept through production-ready artwork.

Collaborate with Product Design, Product Development, and Merchandising, translate seasonal direction into market-ready designs, refine colorways and repeats, and prepare production files with clean layers and naming.

Qualifications

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Strong original-artwork, surface-design, and image-editing experience.
• Knowledge of repeats, color theory, color separation, scale, and placement.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A collaborative, adaptable approach and comfort incorporating creative feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create original artwork, prints, patterns, repeats, and product-specific surface designs.
• Develop colorways, placements, scale, recoloring, and color separations.
• Prepare organized, production-ready files with accurate layers, dimensions, and naming conventions.
• Edit photography and create packaging, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Translate seasonal direction and trend research into commercially relevant designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on CADs, tech packs, samples, revisions, and approvals.
• Support AI-assisted visual-content development, including packaging imagery and presentations.
