You’ll bring color expertise and an eye for repeat design while working closely with production and design teams. The ideal candidate has experience in interiors or surface design, understands production requirements, and aims to create beautiful, commercially successful prints and patterns for production-ready

Qualifications

• 3+ years of textile design, surface design, or print design experience.
• Experience designing wallpaper, textiles, home décor, interiors, or surface patterns.
• Strong understanding of repeat design, colorways, indexing, and production artwork.
• Experience creating production-ready files for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Create original wallpaper, textile, and surface pattern artwork from concept through production.
• Design seamless print repeats, engineered prints, and production-ready artwork.
• Develop seasonal color palettes and multiple colorway options.
• Create repeat layouts, color separations, and production files.
• Prepare artwork packages that meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Organize, maintain, and archive print libraries, artwork files, and design assets.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Production teams throughout the development process.
• Research trends in interiors, home décor, textiles, color, and surface design.
• Ensure artwork is accurate, organized, and ready for manufacturing.
