Job summary

The New York Philharmonic seeks a Manager, Patron Program to join the Development team. This role leads two donor communities—the Patron Program and Young New Yorkers—supporting engagement, events, and fundraising across both programs.

You will work directly with donors, supervise a Development Associate, and collaborate across teams to coordinate outreach and programs, including concerts, rehearsals, and events with occasional evenings and weekends.
