Job summary

Classic Stage Company seeks an Individual Giving Manager to oversee all cycles of giving, focusing on the Patron Program with donors contributing $1,000–$10,000 annually. The role reports to the Director of Development and collaborates with senior leadership toward a $3M+ annual goal.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fundraising, arts administration, or memberships, with experience in donor CRM systems and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of fundraising, membership, or development experience.
• Experience with donor CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a donor portfolio and annual income from $1,000–$10,000 donors.
• Lead front-facing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
• Oversee campaigns and patron-centered events in collaboration with the team.
• Analyze donor capacity to prioritize opportunities and upgrades.
