Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in arts management, communications, marketing, business administration or related field.
Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in performing arts presenting, arts administration, audience services, patron experience, programming, marketing, development, or related fields, including supervisory responsibility.
A combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for front‑of‑house operations and patron experience, including supervision of staff and students.
Establish service standards reflecting the guest journey from first contact to post‑event experience.
Develop strategies to increase ticket sales, subscriptions, memberships, sponsorships and other revenue sources.
Monitor ticket sales trends, audience behavior and revenue to inform programming and marketing decisions.
Lead annual programming strategies with artist research, market analysis, and season planning.
Negotiate contracts with artists and renters and maintain positive relationships with agents and partners.
