Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location including entrances and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, and report unusual conditions per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents in accordance with site reporting procedures.
