Responsibilities include monitoring areas, responding to incidents, and coordinating with site contacts and local responders as needed. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of security-related, military, or law enforcement experience, or an associate's degree.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document details, and communicate with site contacts or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious behavior.
• Support alarm response, emergency notifications, and daily operational checks of assigned areas.
