Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, tenants, and contractors by enforcing site-specific security procedures and access control.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures; report irregularities.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs while maintaining professionalism.
