Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Customer Service in Sewell, NJ. This full-time role focuses on safeguarding clients while delivering exceptional visitor support, patrolling park grounds, and controlling access per site procedures.

You will respond to incidents with professionalism, document activities, and coordinate with site representatives. The position requires a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for driving posts; 18+ for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and program participants by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of park grounds, facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to recreation facilities and restricted areas, assist visitors with directions and park rules, report issues to personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures.
• Document patrol activity and observations, communicating relevant information to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
