Outagamie County Sheriff's Department is hiring Part Time Patrol Officers!

Under general supervision of the Patrol Captain the PT - Patrol Officer provides security to the Appleton International Airport, Courts and Outagamie County Administration Building. The PT – Patrol Officer transports inmates from the jail and other institutions.

**This position is non-benefit eligible

• Graduate from high school or G.E.D.
• 60 post high school credits.
• Experience in law enforcement desired. Preference given to retired, certifiable officers.
• Or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid Wisconsin's driver's license required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be legally able to possess a firearm
• Post hire requirements may include successful completion of physical agility test; psychological test, post-offer physical evaluation and/or other tests to aid in determining fitness for employment.
