Cobalt Security Services in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking Patrol Officers. You will prepare detailed daily reports, enforce parking rules, interact with community and law enforcement, respond to service calls, deter suspicious activity, and perform routine property maintenance audits.
Qualified candidates hold a BSIS Guard Card, a valid California driver's license, and can work flexible full-time or part-time hours. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.
Days: Thursdays & Fridays, + Flex/Rover shifts
Hours: 7PM - 3AM
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Pay Rate: $ 19.50 /hour
Hire Bonus: $150 paid on 3rd paycheck**
Flexible part time and full-time schedules
Prepare detailed and informative daily reports
Parking enforcement including issuing citations and conducting tows
Interacting with members of the community, management & law enforcement
Respond to and handle calls for service
Act as a deterrent and address instances of suspicious activity
Perform routine property maintenance audits
Enforce community rules & regulations
Other duties as required

**To qualify for this New Hire Bonus, employees must not have any call off that do not follow our company guidelines and must have no no call/no shows. If employee meets these qualifications, the bonus may be issued on the twelfth paycheck (or after three months of employment) with these paychecks following a weekly pay period schedule.
