Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Springfield, MO. In this full-time role you will serve clients across utilities locations, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security concerns. A valid driver's license is required and shifts include Wed-Sun afternoons.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately through required reports and communication channels.
