Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves patrolling a manufacturing/industrial site, providing security and customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, 1+ year of security experience, and the ability to work a DayTime schedule. CPR/First Aid is preferred and a background check plus drug screen are part of employment screening.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed)
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide security-related procedures and customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and reports.
