Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access and verify entry authorization according to site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents in reports and share information with leadership.
