Job summary

Allied Universal, Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Overnights to protect clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service while driving as required by the post policy. A valid driver’s license is required.

Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with background checks and drug screening administered per policy.

Qualifications

• Provide security-related procedures and customer service at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, structured reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and monitor access points to deter unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by site procedures.
• Report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
