Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors and vendors.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas and report hazards.
• Respond calmly to incidents using site procedures and escalation paths.
• Monitor access points and control entry for employees, contractors, deliveries and visitors.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to leadership.
