Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in line with laws.
• A drug screen may be required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and staff by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the location, including floors, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity or theft concerns and report observations to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following procedures and documenting details.
• Assist with access control and visitor direction to deter unauthorized activity.
