Job summary

Allied Universal in Hemet, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver to perform driving unarmed patrols at a busy retail site, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and completion of background checks and a drug screen. Schedule includes DayTime and evening shifts with pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening are required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas and parking areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations to site contacts.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and traffic flow while maintaining professional presence.
