Job summary

Allied Universal in Stockton, CA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol. You will perform vehicle and foot patrols at a retail and mall location, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors. Position type: Full Time.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and suspicious activity in a calm, professional manner and communicate observations to site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and inquiries for visitors and tenants.
• Document incidents and patrol findings using required reporting tools.
