Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report observed conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security observations, incidents, and operational needs.
