Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator in Andover, MA, onsite to drive execution across the Patriot Product Line PMO. You will organize proposals, maintain program plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams, CAMs, and customers while ensuring IPDS compliance and risk management.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and 2+ years in program management or integration. Onsite work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in program or project management or program integration.
• Experience with cost proposals, gate packages, or program planning documents.
• Experience with program management tools such as EVMS / IPDS.

Responsibilities

• Organize end-to-end proposal workflows across multiple contributors with deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program management plans aligned with requirements.
• Identify program metrics and maintain leadership dashboards.
• Support performance tracking with data collection and corrective actions.
• Maintain action item tracking and timely closures.
• Coordinate with CAMs and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with IPDS processes and gate requirements.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity management activities.
• Engage with customers during technical meetings and program reviews.
